Fair and open charges... Our charges are competitive and all-inclusive. There are no extras, such as registration fees, charges for care assessments, charges per visit. We pride ourselves on providing a clear and transparent charging policy, as often complex charging regimes can be extremely confusing for clients.

All our carefully recruited staff are checked with the Criminal Records Bureau and Independent Safeguarding Authority.

We are registered with the Care Quality Commission and the United Kingdom Home Care Association.

Background

Blue Ribbon Care North London is owned and managed by Jason and Preeti Virasinghe. Jason is the current Registered Manager and Preeti is the Operations Manager. Jason is also the current co Director and Proprietor of Eastside House Residential Care Home for the last 10 years and both Preeti and Jason have extensive experience recruiting staff in finance and working in management consultancy before they both entered the Care Industry.

Blue Ribbon Care North London has had a brand new office and training room built specifically designed to cater for providing Personalised Home Care in the same grounds at Eastside House Residential Care Home in Temple Fortune. All staff are trained internally hence there is true emphasis on the quality of our training and all staff are encouraged to progress themselves within Blue Ribbon Care due to our ongoing training programs so that all staff can progress up the ladder within the organization from a Carer to a Supervisor to a Assistant Manager and to a Manager.

Blue Ribbon Care North London has exceptional staff too as one supervisor is a Registered Nurse for over 35 years and is also the current manager at Eastside House Residential Care Home and one supervisor is also the co-Director and Proprietor of Eastside House Residential Care Home for the last 25 years.
