The Local Office Team
Responsible for the service
I have spent most of my childhood growing up in and around Market Harborough where I attended Kibworth High School and Robert Smyth Grammar School. Read moreAll my family still live in the area. I started my care career in a residential home in the area at the age of 16 years old. In 1999 I decided to move into domiciliary care and have been in the sector ever since and progressing from starting as a Care Worker then to Supervisor, and eventually a Care Co-Ordinator. I became an Assistant Manager in 2005 and continued to work my way up until I became a Manager in 2010. I have been in the Social Care sector 39 years, the last 10 years as a manager. During this time, I have achieved an NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care and a Level 3 Award in Education and Training. More recently I have achieved The QCF level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health and Social Care.
